05/21/19 Offer on the house

We received an offer on our house about May 21. It was quite a bit lower than our previous offer but it was a good solid offer so we accepted it. If all goes well we will close on June 18 and have 3 days to vacate. (Youth Conference/trek is June 20 - June 22 so we are cutting it close here!) We felt ok about taking the offer because we had found a home that was quite a bit cheaper than the Golda property. We asked Golda if they would take less (because we had received less) but they declined because they had a backup offer they were going to pursue. That made me feel better since I felt like we were obligated to them in a way. So we proceeded with 64 S Arroyo. It is a little smaller than we wanted but it was priced under $350K. (Golda was $441K). So we made an offer that got accepted after a long 48 hour wait. Then we started the process to make sure everything was ok. 05/18/19 1940s Hangar Dance at the St. George Airport

Fun experience last night. Went to the 1940s Hangar Dance courtesy of XX. Andy and Katie dressed to match and were super cute! Katie said she was going to be the third wheel on our date but I was the third wheel on theirs!  Daddy and daughter...fun fact: Daughter lives in Ogden and knows my sister and brother in law (Becky and Kevin!)
