12/16/16 Star Wars

The Taylor family invited us to join them for opening night of Star Wars. We got to dress up and walk around the theater greeting people and getting our pictures taken for the patrons to take home with them.  We were rewarded for our service by getting a movie ticket and some popcorn tickets to use on another night.  It was pretty fun and the kids did it another night without me!  So now we've got some movies and popcorn in our future!!!! Thank you Taylors!  It was fun!

12/12/16 Holly's 13!!!

Holly's birthday happened at the busiest time of the year!!!  Katie had basketball practice and the girls both had a piano recital starting at 6 p.m.  So with hardly any time at all as our little family we celebrated at the recital!  Dawn Wright made sure to make Holly feel special and announce her birthday to everyone sang happy birthday to Holly and then gave her a cake!  Her very own cake!!!  Everyone played and sang really well and then we enjoyed some yummy treats made by Sister Wright. Not our traditional birthday but special all the same!!!  All the kids are now teen-agers or older!!!!  How did this happen?!?!?!
