We took a little street train up to Rudeshiem's Gondoa. We saw the Niederwalddenkmal - a monument inaugurated in 1883 to represent the union of all Germans. It was a nice 10 minute ride up - very high - with spectacular scenery all the way.
We got some gelato while we were out - stracciolla was a new found favorite flavor of ours...it's white chocolate and dark chocolate chunks. Oh yum.
