12/25/19 Christmas Party

Everyone decided to have our Christmas party at Grandma and Grandpa's house this year because Grandma has been having so much trouble breathing and it is easier to keep her home close to her breathing machine. We had a nice dinner of ham and turkey, potatoes and all the fixings. 

Ben and Laura, Jared and Brittany and their 6, Austin and Lyndsey and their 2, Taylor and Kennedy and their 1, Wendy and Eddy with all their kids, plus marries plus 1 grand baby, Andy and Shelly and all their crew minus Aj were in attendance. I believe the total came to 34!! What a crowd!!! 

We had a really nice visit with dinner and then our "favorite things" gift exchange afterward. It was a fun evening!

12/29/19 Evening of Excellence...in the daytime, during Sunday school..

Our ward had a sacrament meeting where the YW spoke, sang and then afterward cancelled all meetings and had cookies and shared their displays with the ward. Evening in Excellence...in the daytime, during Sunday school!

It was pretty cool! They had crumble cookies (yummy, yummy!!!) and no Sunday school! and we got out of church early...what's not to love?!  

12/25/19 Christmas Morning

Christmas morning the girls had to be wakened up at 9 a.m. The four of us opened presents until Dallas and Kayla arrived for breakfast. We had the traditional cinnamon rolls, egg and sausage in the crockpot (Kayla made), lil smokies, chocolate milk, OJ etc. Bryce and Marlee came over close to 2:30 p.m. The kids exchanged their brother/sister gifts and then we headed to the grandparents. 

Pretty fun quiet chill day with no littles in the family right now!!

But two are on the way!!!! Dallas and Kayla!!!

Shopping, gingerbread houses and movies to celebrate Katie's 18th birthday! 

Katie loves the multi flavored cheese cake for her birthday.
And she always takes out the middle!
